Bookings. We require a deposit of £50 to book the apartment. There is also a £100 damage deposit, which is refunded immediately on positive inspection of the apartment. Full payment becomes due 10 weeks prior to your departure date. If you would prefer, we will also take credit/debit card bookings over the phone. Or you can send us a cheque. Bookings will take on 'confirmed' status once funds have cleared. On booking, we will send you our terms & conditions, a copy of which you must sign and send back to us. No smoking is permitted in the apartment and we do not allow pets.

More than 8 of you? or calendar showing no availability? Please still get in touch with us. We have contacts with other owners in the immediate vacinity and may be able to help.

Longer term or winter lets? Please get in touch with us if you wish to rent the apartment for a longer period. These rates are not shown in our prices as it all depends on the time of year and length of time. We are only 20 mins from Torrevieja, so it's a good base if visiting relatives in the area.

Airport Transfers . Airport transfers can be arranged at an additional cost of approximately €35 each way (not per person). This is paid directly to the driver and we will require your flight times and flight number before departure.

Car hire . There is a company we have used many times that we can reccommend, rentspain.com. They are far cheaper than many of the big names and their customer service is excellent.
